More About Sarah

I graduated with a B.A. in Psychology from St. Olaf College, and, motivated by my love for the college experience, went on to earn a M.S. in Counseling and Human Development, with an emphasis in College Student Development, from Moorhead State University.

I have 30 years of experience helping people effectively navigate the challenges of life. My professional experience includes Life, Career, and Business Coaching; Academic Advising, Administration,  Career Development, Marketing, Community Development, Individual and Group Counseling, Leadership Development, Program Development, Supervision/Management and Housing Administration. I have taught dozens of seminars, training sessions and for-credit college courses.

I love the outdoors, and feel blessed to live with my husband and daughter in the country outside of Cloquet, Minnesota.  Living in Northern Minnesota allows me to experience the the beauty of nature through hiking, biking, swimming, boating, camping, fishing, and snowshoeing.  My flock of laying hens provides non-stop entertainment (as well as delicious eggs!). After losing all our bees in late 2017, our hive is back up and buzzing and we are looking forward to a fall honey harvest. Among my many interests are stand-up paddleboarding, singing and photography.
